Return Time Frame

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@grapplersinc.com or (775) 284-8990. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: After we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a return authorization number along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at sales@grapplersinc.com or (775) 284-8990 for further instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@grapplersinc.com.
